Le Cordon Bleu - Sookmyung Academy is the Korea campus of internationally acclaimed culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. The opening of Le Cordon Bleu Sookmyung Academy in Seoul marks the first of its kind in Korea and the second in Asia after the opening in Japan. Le Cordon Bleu has grown to become world's most prestigious culinary school with an official charter for preserving and passing on the understanding and mastery of French gastronomy as an art of living.


Programs & Courses

The Le Cordon Bleu Korea curriculum is made up of the Cuisine, Pâtisserie and Boulangerie Programs. The Cuisine and Pâtisserie programs together are the foundation of Le Cordon Bleu's well-known Classic Cycle program. Each program consists of three levels: Beginner, Intermediate & Superior. Students progress through the different levels culminating the Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie. The Cuisine Diploma is a one -year program and the Pâtisserie Diploma is a nine month program. Students may study each discipline separately or together. If a student wishes to specialize in both, he/she will graduate with Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu.

Le Cordon Bleu Korea also offers a Diplôme de Boulangerie. This professional Boulangerie program delivers various techniques and the best quality of training over one-year; 40 lessons.
